职位概况

负责四季酒店天津客房部的整体运营与管理，确保为宾客提供符合四季标准的高品质服务。

主要职责

监督客房部日常工作，指导团队达成服务质量和利润目标。
维护并更新部门政策手册，确保所有员工熟悉并遵循四季质量、服务标准及集团规定。
组织培训，使员工能够理解并完成常规客人需求。
管理客房部的预算与损益，确保财务目标实现。

任职要求

至少五年国际品牌酒店同等岗位工作经验。
具备出色的团队领导与激励能力。
流利的英语口语及书写能力。
具备财务知识，能够进行部门成本控制。

必备技能

财务管理知识。
