职位概况
护理主任负责在养老机构内统筹护理工作，协同院长和主管医生，确保为老人提供安全、舒适的高质量照护服务。
主要职责
- 参与机构人力资源管理，定期完成护理人员能力评估。
- 制定并落实机构发展计划和护理人员培训计划，提升团队积极性。
- 组织团队建设活动，降低人员流失率，及时反馈满意度和质量指标。
- 负责护理质量管理与检查，统计分析质量指标并推动改进。
- 落实感染管理和高危用品使用监管，处理医疗废物。
- 开展不良事件管理，组织研讨会并跟踪整改方案。
任职要求
- 遵守集团职业道德，尊重老人隐私和尊严。
- 确保老人安全、舒适的生活环境，严格保密老人信息。
- 熟悉并遵守国家法律法规及公司规章制度。
