职位概况
本岗位负责为老人提供专业的护理服务，参与院内护理团队、辅助医疗人员及外部人员的协作工作，确保老人安全、舒适并尊重其隐私与尊严。
主要职责
- 组织老人日常照护与活动安排，做好记录。
- 参与制定并更新综合护理计划和墙上计划表。
- 接待、倾听、通知、支持并陪伴老人及其家属，保持信息沟通。
- 参与老人综合评估，建立并跟踪个人信息监测表。
- 完成技术性护理工作，监控健康状况并及时上报医生。
- 定期监测体重，确保饮食计划的执行。
任职要求
- 遵守职业道德规范，保密老人信息。
- 具备护理专业知识，能够独立完成护理文档记录。
- 能够与家属保持持续沟通，及时报告异常情况。
- 具备团队协作精神，能够指导辅助护理人员工作。
必备技能
- 熟悉护理操作流程和相关法规。
- 具备基本的健康监测与记录能力。
