职位概况
负责湖南区域啤酒餐饮及流通渠道的市场营销推广，推动品牌活动落地执行，管理BTL费用，提升渠道形象。
主要职责
- 策划并执行全年品牌推广、新品上市及渠道策略。
- 制定并推进各档期专项营销、渠道方案，跟进执行反馈。
- 管理大区BTL费用的规划、执行、回顾及监管。
- 负责全渠道品牌形象建设，门店标准化呈现及重点门店合作活动。
- 统筹品宣物料的申请、使用与管理。
- 协助制定并落实全省渠道及产品策略。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，3年以上贸易营销或渠道营销经验。
- 熟悉快消或零售行业，了解渠道数字化板块（如一元换购、五码合一）。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能处理突发状况。
- 有自我目标管理意识，能承受工作压力。
必备技能
- 熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。
- 能够通过市场走访撰写洞察报告，完成数据汇总与分析。
