职位概况

我们正在寻找具备服装设计专业背景，拥有1-3年品牌设计经验的设计师，能够快速响应快时尚和电商品牌需求，具备良好的抗压能力。

主要职责

把握最新流行趋势，依据公司定位进行款式选取与搭配。
组织收集市场资讯，开展流行趋势研究，定期编制趋势预测报告。
协助设计团队与版师沟通，完成版型修改。

任职要求

本科及以上服装设计或相关专业学历。
1-3年品牌设计师工作经验，快时尚或电商品牌经验优先。
具备强抗压能力，能够在高强度工作环境中保持高效。
