职位概况
负责保险及理财产品的客户邀约与销售管理，组织每月酒会式交流会，推动潜在客户报名参与。
主要职责
- 定期邀约客户参加保险产品交流会和理财投资说明会。
- 通过电话沟通匹配客户需求，提供合适的销售方案。
- 收集、整理客户信息，维护客户关系，提高满意度。
- 向上级汇报邀约进度与效果，提出改进建议。
任职要求
- 具备良好的沟通能力和电话销售经验。
- 熟悉电话销售流程与技巧，能够独立完成邀约任务。
- 学习能力强，愿意接受系统培训提升专业技能。
- 性格开朗，具备团队合作精神，能积极参与团队活动。
- 能够承受工作压力，具备良好的抗压能力。
- 有保险或金融行业经验者优先。
