职位概况
负责制定并执行销售计划，开拓渠道，维护客户关系，推动饲料产品在华南、华中等地区的市场份额增长。
主要职责
- 依据公司营销策略制定销售计划并完成指标。
- 开拓渠道，稳定并维护客户资源。
- 撰写市场调研报告，制定产品推广方案。
- 组建、管理并指导销售团队，确保完成销量任务。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，畜牧兽医、动物营养、农学等相关专业。
- 3年以上饲料销售经验，1年以上团队管理经验。
- 能承担工作压力，责任心强，具备管理能力。
- 良好的语言沟通能力和团队协作能力。
