职位概况
负责研发过程质量管理，确保相关流程符合IATF16949及公司质量方针，提升产品质量与过程效率。
主要职责
- 维护IATF质量体系，推广质量工具和方法；
- 监控过程状态、质量和绩效，推动持续改进；
- 支持核心工艺和项目的测量、测试、分析与审计；
- 确保过程满足IATF16949、BBM Compass、CDQ等要求。
任职要求
- 熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系；
- 具备过程质量监控与改进经验；
- 能够提供质量工具的支持与指导；
- 具备良好的质量意识和团队协作能力。
