职位概况
负责基于自研神经网络芯片的硬件散热结构设计与系统级结构分析，确保产品在功耗、性能和可靠性方面满足要求。
主要职责
- 从系统全局出发，制定并设计不同类型板卡的散热结构方案。
- 进行结构模拟分析，验证芯片、板卡到系统的整体结构性能。
- 完成散热器的规格制定、设计、测试及投产全流程。
- 管理散热器生产组装工艺，控制成本并协调供应商。
- 与多团队协作，推动项目进度并进行技术沟通。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，机械类专业。
- 具备结构模拟或散热结构设计经验者优先。
- 熟悉Ansys Mechanical仿真软件和Cero机构设计软件。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
- 自我驱动，热衷技术研发。
