职位概况
通过 lululemon 热汗生活微信小程序，为客人提供线上产品咨询、售前售后服务，建立长期数字化关系的岗位。
主要职责
- 通过微信小程序解答客人咨询，达成满意度、响应时长等指标。
- 邀请并维护客人加入企业微信，运营线上社群。
- 分享产品信息、穿搭灵感，协助完成购买、退换货。
- 达成小程序设定的销售指标。
- 持续学习产品知识并向团队反馈客人声音。
任职要求
- 一年以上零售、电商或线上服务经验。
- 具备清晰、准确的文字沟通能力。
- 有执行力、责任感和团队合作意识。
- 乐于学习，适应快节奏的数字化环境。
- 持有效残疾证明的残障人士优先。
必备技能
- 熟悉微信小程序及企业微信的使用。
