主要职责
- 积累一线业务经验，深入理解公司快递到快运业务发展逻辑。
- 协助经理管理部门日常工作，提升业务运营效率。
- 通过运营数据分析与问题挖掘，提出改善方案，保障客户体验。
- 结合公司效率目标，动态监控业务状况并进行调整，降低运营成本。
任职要求
- 2026年9月1日至2027年9月1日之间毕业的海内外本科毕业生，专业不限。
- 热爱物流行业，认同公司企业文化及发展愿景，服从公司分配。
- 优秀学生干部，有统计、分析基础者优先。
- 诚实守信，具备良好的沟通能力和人际连接力，富有创新执行精神，做事严谨细致。
