面向湘赣鄂战区的运营方向岗位，面向2026‑2027年毕业的本科生，致力于快递业务的运营管理与提升。
主要职责
- 积累一线业务经验，深入了解快递到快运业务发展逻辑。
- 协助经理管理部门日常工作，逐步承担业务管理职责。
- 通过运营数据分析与问题挖掘，提出改进方案，保障客户体验。
- 结合公司效率目标，动态监控业务状况并进行调整，提升运营效率、降低成本。
任职要求
- 2026年9月1日至2027年9月1日之间毕业的海内外本科毕业生，专业不限。
- 热爱物流行业，认同公司文化与发展愿景，服从公司分配。
- 优秀学生干部，有统计、分析基础者优先。
- 诚实守信，具备良好沟通能力和创新执行精神，工作严谨细致。
必备技能
- 具备基本的统计与数据分析能力。
