职位概况
本岗位招聘具备护理专业学历和执业资格的护士，负责在医院病房内提供基础护理、协助诊疗并进行健康监测。
主要职责
- 执行给药、输液、换药等基础护理操作。
- 协助医生完成诊疗工作，确保患者及时接受治疗。
- 监测并记录患者健康状况，异常及时上报。
- 参与病房管理，保持医疗环境整洁。
- 为患者及家属提供健康教育和心理支持。
任职要求
- 护理专业本科及以上学历。
- 持有效的护士执业资格证书。
- 熟悉护理流程及相关法规。
- 具备良好沟通能力和团队合作精神。
- 能够适应轮班工作，身体健康，无重大疾病史。
