职位概况
我们正在招聘算法工程师，负责多智能体无人驾驶系统平台的搭建、研发与部署，结合大模型和具身智能技术提升系统智能化水平。
主要职责
- 搭建并部署多智能体无人驾驶系统平台，融合大模型或具身智能技术。
- 研发多智能体协同调度与路径规划算法，推动AI在集群决策中的落地。
- 负责项目技术实施、功能优化及问题闭环，确保系统稳定运行。
- 深化大规模多智能体协同调度技术积累，形成核心技术优势。
任职要求
- 计算机、电子、控制、自动化等相关专业本科及以上，3年以上无人驾驶系统工作经验。
- 熟悉智能驾驶行为决策、场景规划、路径规划或车辆控制等算法实现。
- 熟练使用ROS，具备2年以上ROS环境开发经验。
- 了解CAN、Socket、串口等通信接口，保证多智能体数据传输。
- 具备海外学习或工作经历者优先。
必备技能
- C/C++、Shell、Python 编程
- Linux 系统及常用命令
- ROS 开发与集成
- CAN、Socket、串口通信
- 大模型、具身智能技术应用
- 智能驾驶算法（行为决策、场景规划、路径规划、车辆控制）
