职位概况
本岗位为法语管培生，面向法语专业本科及以上毕业生，工作地点包括南京、滁州、赣州及非洲刚果金等地区，提供人力、物流、外联三方向轮岗机会。
主要职责
- 人力方向：管理员工档案、办理入离调转手续，参与人力资源项目推动，协助梳理优化人力工作流程。
- 物流方向：对接集团物流部门及外部供应商，处理询价、订舱等事务，负责文件归档。
- 外联方向：协助外联经理对接业主、政府及合作企业，参与税务申报、纠纷处理及社区关系维护。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，法语专业；
- 法语四级或以上（非硬性要求）；
- 学习能力强，责任心强，思维清晰，细致积极。
必备技能
- 熟练的法语听说读写能力。
