职位概况
我们面向全国招聘储备老师，负责线上线下教学服务，帮助学生提升学习效果。岗位适合对教学有热情、具备沟通能力的应届或有经验者。
主要职责
- 提供一系列教学服务，包括课堂辅导和学习资源整理。
- 定期线上家访，跟踪学生学习动态，优化教学策略。
- 参与公司组织的培训、调研、讲座等活动。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限，对所授学科有优势或浓厚兴趣。
- 具备良好的沟通能力，乐于分享，善于倾听。
- 热爱教育事业，有支教或家教经验者优先。
- 不要求持有教师资格证。
