职位概况
负责发电机及冰机的测试流程维护与更新，管理测试工装和设备，确保测试工作高效、可靠。
主要职责
- 维护并优化发电机/冰机测试流程，定期更新工艺文件。
- 管理测试工装、设备，制定并执行维护计划。
- 编写、维护测试工艺文件，提供技术支持和培训。
- 及时解决测试工艺问题，跟踪工程变更。
- 推动精益生产，支持RIE改善，持续优化测试工艺。
- 完成部门经理安排的其他工作。
任职要求
- 具备机械或电气类相关专业背景。
- 熟悉发电机或冰机的工作原理和测试方法。
- 有测试工装、设备管理经验者优先。
- 具备良好的问题分析与解决能力。
