职位概况
负责公司IP系列毛绒玩具的全流程设计，从概念提案到产品落地。通过AI绘图工具和传统设计软件，完成产品外观、结构、配色及材料方案。
主要职责
- 根据IP主题进行创意提案，使用AIGC工具绘制产品及场景图。
- 完成毛绒玩具外观设计、三视图、结构图，并制定配色和材料方案。
- 跟进样品制作、工厂对接，确保设计顺利落地。
- 制作并提交设计送审文件，及时响应项目反馈并进行修改。
- 与生产部门协作，保障方案可行性和生产效率。
- 收集市场反馈，持续优化产品设计提升竞争力。
任职要求
- 1-2 年以上拼装类玩具、毛绒玩具、潮玩或文创设计经验，视觉/平面设计或IP设计相关专业。
- 熟练使用AI、Photoshop等设计软件。
- 具备扎实的绘画基础，良好的审美、色彩感和空间感。
- 对盲盒潮流玩具及市场趋势敏感，能够绘制高质量视觉稿。
- 了解结构、材料和工艺，熟悉产品设计流程，具备良好沟通能力。

- AI（Adobe Illustrator）
- Photoshop
