职位概况

负责食品饮料及抹茶品类的市场分析、产品提案及海外推广工作，协助新品开发并运营抹茶相关公众号和短视频，支持公司在海外市场的业务拓展。

主要职责

收集并分析食品饮料、抹茶品类的市场及竞品数据，撰写分析报告。
制作并提报产品提案PPT，协助赢取项目。
配合新品开发，提供市场支持，撰写产品推广内容。
运营抹茶海外公众号，撰写并发布推文。
剪辑抹茶短视频，用于海外推广及客户推介。
配合海外进出口业务，优化推广内容以适配海外市场需求。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，2年以上市场营销相关工作经验，有抹茶或快消品行业经验者优先。
了解抹茶特性、海外进出口流程及海外市场者加分。
具备优秀的PPT制作和文案撰写能力，能够独立完成商业提案。
熟悉公众号运营，能够输出贴合海外受众的推文。
熟练使用办公软件，掌握基础图片处理及视频剪辑技能。
具备良好的沟通协调、数据分析能力，工作认真负责、执行力强。
