职位概况
负责依据公司营销策略制定并执行销售计划，完成公司下达的业绩指标，主要面向广东、广西、湖南、湖北、贵州、陕西等地区的饲料市场。
主要职责
- 根据公司营销策略制定销售计划并达成任务指标。
- 开拓渠道，维护并稳固客户关系，管理客户资源。
- 撰写市场调研报告，制定产品推广方案。
- 组建并管理销售团队，提供指导以完成销量目标。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，畜牧兽医、动物营养、农学、生物化工、市场营销等相关专业。
- 3年以上饲料销售经验，且具备1年以上团队管理经验。
- 能够承受工作压力，责任心强，具备一定的管理能力。
- 良好的语言沟通能力和团队协作能力。
必备技能
- 熟悉饲料行业市场及渠道运作。
- 具备销售计划制定与执行能力。
- 具备团队建设与管理经验。
