职位概况
负责公司零售业务的数据治理工作，确保商品主数据和供应链数据的质量与一致性。
主要职责
- 开展数据清洗、异常检测及质量监控。
- 维护和优化主数据管理（MDM）系统。
- 制定并执行数据治理规范和流程。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机科学或信息管理等相关专业。
- 3-5年数据分析或数据治理经验，有零售商品或供应链主数据治理经验者优先。
- 熟悉数据治理方法论，了解数据质量管理、元数据管理流程。
必备技能
- 熟练使用SQL进行复杂查询和数据清洗。
- 掌握Python或Excel高级功能进行数据处理。
- 了解或使用过主流MDM系统或数据治理工具。
