职位概况
负责在上海荟聚的亚瑟士专卖店为顾客提供专业的产品咨询与服务，达成销售目标并维护店面形象。
主要职责
- 运用专业知识为顾客提供产品建议，解答疑问，提升满意度。
- 执行门店销售标准，完成日常收货、贴价签、陈列与库存检查。
- 协助店长进行防损工作，及时上报可疑行为。
- 积极参加公司培训，提升产品、品牌及销售技巧。
任职要求
- 年龄18-35岁，具备良好沟通表达能力。
- 能够适应快节奏、抗压工作环境，接受排班。
- 热爱运动，认同ASICS品牌文化。
- 具备一定运动品类知识，具团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 顾客服务与沟通技巧。
- 商品陈列与库存管理基础。
