职位概况

负责心外科患者的诊断、治疗及手术，参与高难度手术的评估与方案制定，开展临床研究并指导实习医生。

主要职责

诊断、治疗心外科患者并完成手术操作。
处理心外科常见病、多发病。
参与高难度、复杂心脏手术的术前评估、方案制定及术后监护。
开展心外科相关疾病的临床研究，提高诊疗水平。
指导实习医生、进修医生，传授心外科知识。
管理心外科病房，负责患者护理。
参加医院组织的学术交流活动。
遵守医疗法规和医院规章制度，确保医疗安全。

任职要求

临床医学、心外科专业本科及以上学历，具备主治医师及以上职称。
熟悉心外科基础理论和基本技能，具备扎实的临床操作能力。
良好的职业道德和团队协作精神。
较强的沟通、组织协调和应急处理能力。
有三甲医院工作经验者优先。
