职位概况
我们正在招聘医药代表，负责公司肿瘤类药品“易甘泰”的市场推广与销售。通过学术交流和客户拜访，提升产品需求，实现销售目标。
主要职责
- 执行公司销售策略，创造并超额完成销售指标。
- 对目标客户进行分级管理，合理安排拜访频率，准确传递产品信息。
- 协助市场部组织区域推广会议。
- 配合主管完成招标及其他交办事务。
- 及时反馈市场信息，更新客户数据库和拜访记录。
任职要求
- 医药或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 一年以上医药销售经验，有肿瘤产品推广经验者优先。
- 具备良好的业务敏锐度、学习能力和销售技巧。
必备技能
- 熟悉医药产品的学术推广方式。
- 能够使用CRM或数据库进行客户信息管理。
