职位概况
为高端客户提供全流程的医疗陪诊服务，负责诊前沟通、现场陪诊以及诊后跟踪，帮助客户在三甲医院就医更高效、舒适。
主要职责
- 收集并整理客户病历资料，获取就诊医院科室信息。
- 提供诊前提醒、门诊陪护、预约检查、取送标本、划价缴费、排队取药及入院手续办理等现场服务。
- 诊后跟踪客户病情，建立健康档案并定期随访。
任职要求
- 统招本科以上学历，医学相关专业优先。
- 有陪诊或相关行业经验者优先。
- 具备良好的沟通、协调能力，耐心细致，抗压能力强。
必备技能
- 熟悉三甲医院就医流程。
- 具备病历资料整理与信息收集能力。
