职位概况
负责公司产品包装的整体设计与创新，涵盖包装结构、材料及工艺，确保包装具备竞争力并符合品牌定位。
主要职责
- 完成产品包装设计及新工艺的应用。
- 设计成品及半成品的包装结构，并与供应商对接、跟踪样品。
- 组织包装改进项目，提升包装材料和工艺。
- 把控产品整体形象，统筹包装效果与工艺协调。
任职要求
- 包装设计、艺术设计或视觉传达专业毕业。
- 5年以上护肤品包装设计经验，具备独立完成作品的案例。
- 熟悉包装纸张、结构、凹印胶印等工艺。
- 具备优秀的审美、创意及文字表达能力。
- 工作细致、逻辑思维强，具备团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Photoshop、c4d、Colordraw、Illustrator、Acrobat等设计软件。
