职位概况
负责鞋类产品的创意设计与市场需求对接，推动产品从概念到成品的完整流程。
主要职责
- 分析行业品牌及用户需求，挖掘设计元素。
- 进行竞品分析，捕捉市场流行趋势并转化为设计方案。
- 根据产品初样和配色样品评审，进行设计调整。
- 与产品开发团队对接，跟进项目进度，确保按时交付。
- 为设计团队提供相关支持工作。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备鞋类设计实习或工作经验。
- 开放心态，善于接受他人意见。
- 敏锐的市场感知，快速把握动态，熟悉新产品开发流程。
- 具备计划、执行、分析、协调与预测能力，学习能力强，责任心强。
