职位概况
负责公司物料交付及供应链管理，依据滚动预测、需求和生产计划编制采购订单，跟踪供应商交付，确保物料及时到位并支持生产运作。
主要职责
- 根据预测、需求及试制计划，编制采购月订单并跟踪落实。
- 依据车间生产计划、库存安全量及BOM，计算并下达每日物料拉动需求。
- 跟进供应商到货情况，协调处理交付异常。
- 负责新产品SOP后物料拉动的移交工作。
- 考核供应商交付业绩并反馈给采购部门。
- 处理供应商停线、索赔及库存分析。
- 组织供应商来料账务校对及产能服务评估。
- 执行物料盘点、异常库存分析与控制。
- 参与SAP物料主数据归集及异常反冲分析。
- 负责工厂月结、各车间统计及报表收集。
任职要求
- 了解生产管理、物流管理及产品工艺流程。
- 熟悉MRP运算逻辑，对数据敏感。
- 具备会计基础知识与核算方法。
- 具备独立工作及组织协调能力，分析能力强。
- 工作认真细致，富有责任心。
- 具备一定的计算机软件应用知识。
必备技能
- SAP系统操作
- RPA（机器人流程自动化）
