职位概况
负责机械结构及零部件的设计工作，需在上海浦东新区工作。
主要职责
任职要求
- 机械设计制造及其自动化、机械工程、材料成型及控制工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历。
- 3年以上机械结构设计、工艺设计或相关工作经验，有复杂结构件/精密零部件图纸设计经验者优先。
- 熟悉机械制图标准（GB/T或ISO），对图纸规范性有较高要求。
- 了解质量管理工具（如SPC、MSA），具备制定检验规范（SIP）的经验。
- 了解常见加工工艺及材料、热处理、表面处理工艺。
必备技能
- 熟练使用AutoCAD。
- 熟练使用至少一种三维设计软件（SolidWorks、ProE、Creo、UG等），能够从3D模型生成2D工程图。
- 熟悉DWG/DXF图纸输出规范。
- 掌握GD&T（几何尺寸与公差）体系。
- 了解并能使用常用测量工具（卡尺、千分尺、CMM、轮廓仪、粗糙度仪）。
- 熟悉CNC加工、钣金冲压、铸造、焊接、注塑等加工工艺。
