职位概况
负责通过电话方式邀约保险理财客户，组织参加公司产品交流会和投资说明会，并根据客户实际情况匹配合适的销售方案。
主要职责
- 通过电话与潜在客户沟通，促进酒会活动报名。
- 收集、整理客户信息，维护客户关系，提高满意度。
- 定期向上级汇报邀约进度及效果，提出改进建议。
任职要求
- 具备良好的沟通能力和电话销售经验。
- 熟悉电话销售流程和技巧，能独立完成邀约任务。
- 学习能力强，愿意接受系统培训提升专业技能。
- 性格开朗，具备团队合作精神，能承受工作压力。
- 有保险或金融行业经验者优先。
