Job description

职位概况

负责为客户提供防火墙、入侵防御系统、WAF等安全产品的配置、故障排查及安全事件响应，确保系统稳定运行并符合相关安全标准。

主要职责

为客户配置防火墙(UTM)、入侵防御系统(IPS)、网络应用防火墙(WAF)并进行故障排查。
快速调查安全事件并提供专业建议。
编制定期报告和详细故障报告。
监控安全营运中心平台及客户安全设备，确保正常运作。
遵循ISO09001、ISO27001、ISO20000、TL9001等标准要求。

任职要求

3年以上安全营运中心或网络安全工作经验。
具备网络安全产品实际操作经验者优先，拥有客服经验者佳。

必备技能

熟悉防火墙(UTM)、入侵防御系统(IPS)、网络应用防火墙(WAF)。
熟悉安全信息与事件管理平台(SIEM)及信息安全评估软件。
持有CISP或CISSP证书或完成相关培训。
