职位概况
我们在西南战区招聘运营方向岗位，面向2026‑2027年毕业的本科生，致力于培养未来快递业务的中高层管理人才。
主要职责
- 在一线业务中积累经验，深入了解快递到快运的业务发展逻辑。
- 协助部门经理处理日常事务，逐步提升业务管理能力。
- 通过数据分析发现问题，提出改进方案，保障客户体验。
- 结合公司效率目标，监控业务状态并进行动态调整，提升运营效率、降低成本。
任职要求
- 2026年9月1日至2027年9月1日之间毕业的本科生，专业不限。
- 热爱物流行业，认同公司文化，愿意接受公司安排。
- 具备学生干部经历，拥有统计或分析基础者优先。
- 诚实守信，沟通能力佳，具创新执行精神，工作细致严谨。
