About the role
The Technical Project Manager will lead the complete system development of an advanced riding assistance system within Bosch's engineering organization. Acting as the central interface between the customer and internal product engineering teams, you will ensure the project delivers its technical scope on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with acquisition managers to analyse customer RFQs, provide technical feedback and assess feasibility.
- Perform initial risk analysis, define project budgets and plan engineering resources.
- Develop system‑level requirements, create stakeholder specifications and align software and hardware milestones with vehicle milestones.
- Establish test infrastructure for component and vehicle level testing, and organise test vehicles with non‑Bosch sensors and actuators.
- Lead regular technical review meetings with the customer, manage change requests and drive engineering QCD targets.
- Define verification and validation tests, document issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support customer‑side testing, coordinate final system sign‑off and deliver test data, development reports and release notes.
- Participate in quality gates, provide technical support during customer launch and assist quality teams with system‑level debugging.
