职位概况

负责北一电厂综合管理部食堂的日常运营，包括食材采购、菜品研发、食品安全与设备维护，确保为职工提供安全、营养、美味的餐饮服务。

主要职责

在综合部和厨师长领导下，遵守食堂规章制度，执行食品卫生法。
根据需求和库存，制定并提交食材采购计划，确保及时供货。
制定营养均衡的食谱，搭配荤素，满足员工口味与营养需求。
每日检查餐厅设施设备，维护电蒸水系统，防止安全事故。
研发新菜品，组织膳食会议，收集员工意见并提出改进建议。

任职要求

初中及以上学历。
持有健康证和厨师从业资格证。
3年以上大型餐饮企业工作经验。
熟悉食品安全法及相关法规。
了解膳食营养学、烹调工艺和餐厨设备操作。
