职位概况
负责北一电厂综合管理部食堂的日常运营与菜品制作，确保食品安全、营养均衡并满足员工需求。
主要职责
- 在综合管理部及厨师长指导下，遵守食堂规章制度，完成本职工作。
- 根据需求和库存，制定并提交食材采购计划，确保及时供货。
- 执行食品卫生法及公司卫生管理制度，保持个人及工作区域卫生。
- 编制食谱，搭配荤素，保证菜品色香味俱佳，满足营养要求。
- 每日检查餐厅设施设备，维护安全，防止事故发生。
- 定期研发新菜品，组织膳食会议，收集员工意见并提出改进建议。
任职要求
- 初中及以上学历。
- 持有健康证和厨师从业资格证。
- 3年以上大型餐饮企业工作经验。
- 熟悉食品安全法及相关法规，了解膳食营养学、烹调工艺和餐厨设备操作。
