职位概况
负责物流仓库管理的标准化、持续改进及相关IT项目优化，支持海外业务的报关及包装设计，提升仓库数字化与可视化水平。
主要职责
- 制定并执行仓库管理操作标准，监督5S现场执行。
- 优化IT项目，推动仓库数字化、可视化改进。
- 负责P2P海外业务，包括报关、进出口事务。
- 根据生产与物料情况制定并调整海外订单交付计划。
- 统计分析海外客户月度交付绩效并持续改进。
- 协同市场部、研发部完成新包装设计与样品跟进。
任职要求
- 熟悉仓库具体操作及内外部接口业务。
- 了解仓库绩效指标并能进行分析改进。
- 掌握海关报关流程及相关法规要求。
- 具备包装设计及供应链规划经验。
- 遵守公司EHS及相关法规。
必备技能
- 仓库管理系统使用经验。
- 物流信息系统或数字化工具操作能力。
