Job description
职位概况
负责制动系统（ABS/ESC/EPB/EMB等）的系统工程工作，作为技术窗口对接客户需求，推动方案评审与落地。
主要职责
- 对接客户技术需求，完成制动系统性能指标与功能需求的可行性评估。
- 主导技术方案设计与评审，响应SOR、RFQ等关键节点。
- 组织制动系统问题分析与改进，评估变更对成本、进度、性能的影响。
- 制定系统技术架构，完成功能分配与零部件技术规范定义。
- 支持样车试制及早期量产，协调硬件、软件、标定、质量等内部团队。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械、自动化或电子等相关专业。
- 3年以上汽车制动系统研发或系统工程经验，熟悉一种或多种制动系统。
- 熟悉整车开发流程，具备系统需求分析、技术方案设计或系统集成经验。
- 良好的问题分析与解决能力，能够推动问题定位与改进。
- 良好的客户沟通及跨部门协作能力，英语读写良好。
必备技能
- ABS、ESC、EPB、EMB等制动系统技术。
- 液压、气压、线控制动系统架构设计。
- 系统需求分析与技术方案设计。
- 英语技术文档阅读与沟通。
