职位概况

负责设备及制造技术导入、产线产能规划等，推动国产化及跨工厂协作，提升生产效率和质量。

主要职责

设备及制造技术导入，制定生产制造方案及组织架构。
产线产能规划与BPS模块实施。
部门内部项目管理，包括成本、质量、生产效率等。
跨工厂国产化推进及跨部门协作。
指导初级计划工程师，支持成本控制和质量改进。

任职要求

具备FMEA、Control Plan、CPK、CMK、MSA经验。
熟练使用8D等质量工具解决制造质量问题。
较强的项目管理能力，良好的沟通协调与表达能力。
能够推进基础电机外包项目并支持内部驱动器生产。
