职位概况

本岗位面向应届毕业生，加入煤制气项目工程建设部，参与煤化工产品的生产工艺及相关装置的运行管理。

主要职责

负责甲烷合成、干燥、压缩装置及天然气管道的运行与管理。
组织加压气化装置及变换冷却装置的运行及管理，确保工艺流程安全稳定。
在合成中心进行巡检，监控装置运行，配合中控与现场操作人员完成设备启停。
在气化中心执行定期/不定期巡检，及时上报问题并处理现场事故。
在中心化验室开展原料至成品的质量检验、安全分析、环境及职业卫生监测。

任职要求

化工、电气、机械、热动、仪控或安全相关专业本科及以上学历。
熟悉煤化工行业相关知识。

必备技能

掌握煤化工工艺流程及装置运行管理。
具备装置巡检、故障处理能力。
能够进行质量检验与安全、环境监测。
