职位概况
负责带领并培训生产团队，制定生产排程，确保产品按时交付，提升质量与安全水平，推动持续改进。
主要职责
- 带领、培训并督导生产团队，提升整体技能与执行力。
- 制定并管理生产排程，确保按时交付。
- 通过过程监控和定期检验，确保产品符合质量标准。
- 推动安全文化，确保全员遵守安全规章。
- 快速响应设备故障及员工反馈，处理异常。
- 保障物料及时供应，避免过度库存。
- 识别并实施流程优化，提升效率、降低成本。
- 与TEF、工艺等部门协作，推动TPM实施，提高OEE。
- 制定并落实5S现场管理标准，保持整洁有序。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，理工科专业。
- 5年以上生产管理经验，制造业背景优先，汽车零部件经验加分。
- 抗压能力强，适应快节奏、多品种小批量生产。
- 具备数据驱动决策能力，熟练使用MS Office软件。
- 执行力强，能够推动标准落地。
- 沟通清晰，能够向上汇报、横向协同、向下赋能。
- 具备精益生产基础知识。
必备技能
- 熟练使用MS Office软件（如Excel）
