职位概况
负责系统测试自动化，支持项目测试计划，制定测试规范，提升测试覆盖率，保障系统稳健性。
主要职责
- 协助测试项目经理制定自动化测试策略与计划。
- 编写自动化测试规范文档。
- 开发硬件、软件或新型测试方案实现自动化。
- 与测试团队合作提升项目自动化覆盖率。
- 评估新测试需求并提供自动化实现方案。
- 指导团队成员在项目中落地自动化方案。
- 聚焦系统鲁棒性与功能的自动化测试。
- 协助项目复现和验证间歇性缺陷。
- 开发或改进工具以降低成本、提升效率。
任职要求
- 电子或计算机相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 至少3年相关工作经验。
- 具备汽车电子（智能座舱或自动驾驶）领域经验者优先。
- 熟悉电子硬件知识。
- 良好的英文沟通能力。
