职位概况
负责公司新业务核算标准制定、核算手册更新及全公司账套、报表系统的管理与数据治理，确保财务信息准确、合规。
主要职责
- 制定并更新新业务核算标准和核算手册，依据最新会计准则进行调整。
- 检查、跟踪、指导核算业务，稽核机关账套及报表的正确性。
- 收集并测算公司经营指标，开展指标分析工作。
- 编制季报、半年报、年报并对接外部审计及证券部披露工作。
- 整理审核发债、对外报送信息等数据。
- 治理报表系统数据准确性，制定核算标准并配置数据校验逻辑。
- 管理全公司账套运行及报表系统。
- 承担其他相关管理工作。
任职要求
- 全面掌握最新会计准则，熟悉会计科目及三大财务主表的钩稽关系。
- 对数据变动敏感，具备较强的报表分析和语言表达能力。
- 具备中大型制造业合并报表经验及一定的ERP财务系统使用经验。
- 本科及以上学历，拥有中级会计职称。
- 具备较强的数据分析、学习、适应及抗压能力，能高效完成领导安排的工作。
- 有内部员工或会计事务所工作经验者优先。
