职位概况
负责智能组件车间的生产统筹管理，制定计划，确保产能与交付达标。
主要职责
- 制定并执行生产计划，管控班组产能进度，及时处理生产异常。
- 监管生产工序、质量及物料损耗，优化流程，实现降本增效，并进行数据统计分析。
- 负责车间安全、5S现场管理及人员班组管理，落实制度，组织培训和现场整改提升。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，机电、智能制造、机械等相关专业，3年以上制造业车间生产管理经验。
- 熟悉智能组件生产工艺、设备运作及质量标准，具备现场管控、问题研判和团队统筹能力。
- 熟练使用办公及生产管理系统，具备成本管控与流程优化思维，执行力强，遵守安全生产规范。
必备技能
- 办公软件使用能力
- 生产管理系统操作能力
