职位概况
负责公司进出口关务合规体系的建设与执行，统筹国际贸易合规、关务筹划、运输绩效管理等工作，确保供应链的合规性与成本效益。
主要职责
- 实施并优化进出口关务合规SOP与WI，监督风险识别、评估与应对。
- 作为关企沟通窗口，处理海关核查、稽查及突发事件，维护良好关系。
- 研究国内外海关政策，制定原产地及关务筹划方案，降低关税成本。
- 参与物流网络重构、保税业务模式设计，实现成本节约。
- 建立全链路可视化追踪机制，监控运输KPI并输出分析报告。
- 推动关务信息化、数字化建设，协同IT实现运营自动化。
任职要求
- 外贸、物流或管理等相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 良好的英语口语及书写能力。
- 较强的数据处理与分析能力。
- 具备以客户为导向的问题解决能力。
- 拥有项目管理经验。
