职位概况
负责智能座舱软件项目的版本规划、进度控制、质量保障及资源管理，确保按时交付并持续提升效率。
主要职责
- 制定软件版本计划，协调团队交付时间和内容。
- 跟踪成本，进行控制和效率改进。
- 规划并监控子项目的质量保障措施和指标。
- 按时发布软件版本，监控资源消耗。
- 协助团队组建，管理子项目成员的日常工作。
- 定期向管理层汇报项目状态。
- 参与问题解决管理，完成从识别到闭环的全过程。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，软件工程、电子、车辆或控制工程专业。
- 良好的沟通协作能力，具备优秀的英文口语。
- 具备跨文化敏感性。
必备技能
- C语言、C++语言、汇编编程。
- 嵌入式系统知识。
- 熟悉软件开发流程和软件测试方法。
