Officer, Procurement Operations & Process Excellence (1 Year Contract)

About the role

This 1‑year fixed‑term position supports the purchase‑to‑pay process for indirect spend across the Shanghai site. You will work closely with internal teams such as Engineering, HR and Legal to ensure procurement guidelines are followed and delivery reliability targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day purchase‑to‑pay tasks, including generating purchase orders and processing requisitions.
• Collaborate with requesters, buyers and vendors to resolve supply‑related issues.
• Maintain master data and collect required documentation, such as certificates.
• Train internal stakeholders on procurement procedures and platform usage.
• Support implementation of procurement strategies and drive automation of buying channels.
• Coordinate non‑conformity investigations with internal and external parties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sales or supply chain; fresh graduates are also considered.
• Experience with indirect procurement is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills; additional language (Japanese, Thai) is preferred.
• Service‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and globally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience with SAP purchase‑to‑pay module (preferred).
