Mobile Developer (Flutter) - Global Retail

About the role

Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, then develop and maintain high‑quality mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross‑platform mobile apps for iOS and Android.
• Create and keep technical documentation for development and onboarding.
• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Manage external vendors, including selection, onboarding and performance evaluation.
• Analyze and optimise app performance for a seamless user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute technical insights to digital project planning.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of mobile app development experience, preferably in luxury or high‑end consumer goods.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality iOS and Android applications.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
