About the role
Help establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives to advance Clinical Sales – Specialty Physicians initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for Clinical Sales – Specialty Physicians.
- Contribute to projects, programs, or processes within the Clinical Sales – Specialty Physicians area.
- Integrate methods based on trend and competitive analysis to improve sales strategy.
- Generate growth initiatives by reviewing consumer analytics and communicating data‑driven sales and customer retention strategies.
- Attend to customer accounts and advise physicians on clinical attributes or techniques associated with products.
- Implement growth initiatives and improve competitive positioning through innovative sales and customer retention strategies.
Required profile
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day‑to‑day interactions.
- Eligible for sales incentive and commission structures.
