Marketing Manager – China Market

About the role

Join a leading performance‑driven advertising company as a Marketing Manager on the Geo Marketing Team. Based in Beijing or Shenzhen, you will shape Taboola’s and Realize’s brand presence across China, turning strategic goals into high‑impact regional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales leadership to design and execute a localized China growth roadmap.
• Lead the planning and end‑to‑end delivery of major joint events such as ChinaJoy and GTC.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with industry partners and KOLs for co‑marketing activities.
• Develop creative campaigns, including influencer collaborations, to boost Realize brand awareness.
• Design and run bespoke client retention programs, from exclusive events to strategic gifting.
• Localize global sales presentations, vertical content, and market insights for the Chinese audience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience leading B2B marketing or event strategies in a corporate or agency setting.
• Deep knowledge of the China digital advertising and e‑commerce landscape.
• Native or fluent Mandarin and English, with proven ability to localize global narratives.
• Strong project‑management skills and autonomy to drive multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
• Bonus: track record in influencer/KOL marketing and Realize brand positioning.
