Marketing Manager – Brand & Digital Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to enhance the MAX&Co. and MARELLA brands through innovative, integrated marketing campaigns. The role involves planning, executing, and measuring brand communication across media, PR, social, and digital channels to boost awareness and consumer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual Media & PR, social, and digital plans for both brands in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
• Manage the communication roadmap, ensuring alignment with HQ planning and local execution.
• Coordinate with retail marketing, CRM, merchandising, and sales operations teams.
• Lead influencer marketing, celebrity management, print, digital, PR events, corporate programs, and sponsorships.
• Create localized content that aligns with global brand strategy and meets channel-specific needs.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and produce actionable insights for future initiatives.
• Monitor monthly budget spending and ensure financial control.
• Prepare regular reports on brand marketing activities.

Required profile

• Strong team‑building and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Solid PR background with experience in integrated marketing communications (e.g., KOS, EC collaborations).
• Logical thinking and data‑analysis capabilities.
• High professional ethics and sense of responsibility.
• Open‑minded and outgoing personality.
